The client had agreed a >$100m sponsorship with Salesforce which included adoption of Salesforce entire Marketing Cloud solution (including CDP, Engagement & Personalisation). Migration from the current tech stack needed to be completed in c7 months ahead of a major new Fan engagement proposition.
The client was also migrating its Single Fan View from Azure to AWS in parallel. A key objective was to enable the new capability to deliver on advanced activations, while also ensuing minimum technical lock in, anticipating potential change in Sponsorship at end of the 3-year deal.
Loop Horizon deployed a specialised group of consultants to provide architecture and solution design at high and low level, working closely with Salesforce and AWS teams on detailed integration and delivery plans.
Most importantly, Loop Horizon provided the translation layer into client Marketing & Agency teams to ensure that the desired capabilities and campaigns were achieved.
